

WHO WE ARE
Brian is an all county wrestler in High school and eventually began training as an amateur boxer in college. As his boxing career started to develop, he went though his own weight loss journey successfully losing and keeping off 60 pounds. Brian realized that with proper training, discipline and hard work, one could accomplish anything they set their mind to.
WHAT WE DO
Brian now dedicates himself to working with men and women ages 4 and up to improve their physical health through boxing fitness. Whether clients are looking to lose weight or learn a new skill, Brian prides himself on instilling boxing fundamentals into his client workouts and empowering them to become the best version of themselves in and out of the gym.

BVS training offers 1:1 and group boxing fitness classes that builds strength, confidence and conditions the body with strong boxing drills. The workout tones the body and core while increasing endurance and speed. No experience required!
